  Great staff and fast service shame the chef carnt cook 2 steals the same as ordered medium to rare . 1 was perfect the other .....EXTREMLY WELL DONE

  This is the first time my wife and I tried a 'Hungry Horse's pub and Arrived at Bridge Builder around 1:00pm on a Tuesday in December for a lunchtime meal. It was pretty quiet with a few people dining, not busy at all so there wasn't an issue with finding a table, plenty of sticky ones available!! Meals ordered and then we waited, waited in a chilly big room listening to music. Meals arrived, chips were cold and the meat on both meals (steak and chicken) was just warm, pity really as the meals may have been okay if it wasn't for that. Staff brought out some hot chips which made things marginally better. All in all a disappointing experience, probably won't be rushing back.
